About
I started this newsletter, Borrowed, Learned, & Thought, in 2020 to regularly make time to reflect on my life and work experiences, ideas, and experiments.
I thought making a weekly commitment to write might foster personal growth, development, and deeper thinking. By sharing these experiences, I hoped to open up new conversations, learn, and maybe help someone else find their way with a current challenge or idea.
Over the last three years, the format of the newsletter has evolved, but its core purpose remains unchanged. In the beginning, I would write just a paragraph or two — but these days, my newsletter is sent twice per week in two formats:
- Borrowed, Learned, & Thought (Mondays) is a weekly reflection on life and leadership. It features quote or excerpt, a short essay on lessons learned, thoughts, and experiments. It concludes with a thought starter. I also highlight a song that resonated with me (follow the playlist here).
- The E-Commerce Corner (Fridays) explores insights, ideas, and resources I find interesting The process of writing this newsletter has brought immense value to my life. It always feels nice to hear that others have found value in its content, too.
